GMC 3500 Thomas Shortie Band bus

I recently bought a Thomas built short bus and plan on converting it into a bus my band can tour in. I plan on leaving the first row of seats but removing the back rows and replacing them with beds. I also hope to build a cot above the rear exit. These beds also need to be used as storage for drums, amps, keyboard ext.. Any ideas for a first time bus owner. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I'm putting bunk beds in mine, along with hammocks and sofas because its going to have to sleep 8, using sofas instead of the standard seats is more comfy, and they can double as sleeping room
