I've used Prolong for about 15 years. I've had excellent results with it. It's available from AutoZone for about $20/bottle. No idea if it was in any infomercials in the 80's....

thats the brakes with a used bus the driver seats always suck! i swear the schools trade out the seats for the worse ones they have in the fleet. i bought a seat from a salvage yard from a chevy suburban one of those $1000 dollar from the factory jobs. has leather and vibrates and heat and cools and well does bout every thing but drive the bus for YA! dual arm rest a fella could fall asleep in this puppy its so comfortable. so its a good place to start i only paid like $200 for it at the junk yard and it matches the interior of the bus now

I feel your pain. Not only does the seat in my Amtran suck, but its on a solid pedestal. Even if it's the mechanical suspension out of an M35/M806/M923, I'm putting that seat on air.

I don't know about the tranny stuff, but I know the engine treatment is super slick when I get it on my fingers. Can't hold a pencil for several hours...

I just bought some Prolong for my bus. This is what came in the mail.
Pro Long Male Enhancement - Ultimate Sexual Performance!
So I took a couple of tablets and dropped them in the crankcase. I then drained the oil and dumped a 5 gallon bucket of sand in the engine after I removed the valve cover, just like in their infomercial. Now the engine runs so smooth like it's not even running...because it's not. What does seized mean? The mechanic used that word to describe the problem.

I give those emails in your spam folder more credibility than Prolong Engine Treatment.

Well, the current storage lot called at 8:30 p.m. just as my wife and I were getting ready to go to sleep. They said the engine was leaking oil all over their lot. So I get up in a panic and get dressed, along with wifie, and when we're almost there they call again and tell us we have until the end of the moth to move out. When we got there at 9:00 p.m., there was a small puddle of oil barely big enough to fit two - one dollar bills on, took less than a quart to top off the engine. To say the least we were IRATE with these morons. The husband said the bus "Does not fit our image". Found another storage lot for the same rate a bit closer to Houston this morning. I'd have preferred to be closer to Katy, but beggars can't be choosers. So in a bit Heavy Fuel will be in her new home. Pics to follow.
