If you're regressively losing power it could be many things. I would first check for a dirty fuel filter, then for any fuel leaks. Also check the pipes between the turbo to the intercooler (the left "rad") and from the intercooler to the engine. There are rubber boots that connect the pipes and one could be split or leaking.

Another possibility (which is a huge pain in the arse) is that the up pipes from the exhaust manifolds to the turbo are leaking. This is a common issue with the earlier t444es.

When searching Google for these issues you'll often be better off searching for "7.3 powerstroke" instead of "t444e". The engine configurations aren't identical, but are very close.

Here's a link to the T444e diagnostics manual in my Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ciqcql8xj...HSfQpDlX7jmBva

It's missing some content, but perhaps it'll be of interest to you.

Quoting myself.. Classy..

I reread your post and I'm thinking the up pipes might be worth seriously looking into. I fixed and resealed mine and it was like going from a VW Vanagon to.... any real vehicle. The stupid things are RIGHT BEHIND THE ENGINE.. The only inaccessible area in the engine bay.

Here is an external thread about the issue. There are loads out there..

An image of the up-pipes from the back of the engine:

Soot is an indicator of leaky gaskets or worn out pipes:

Re: #Highroller my 95 blueird

Fuel filter first-then I'd look into the couple of small filters that are inline on the float bowl. (Return + fuel press regulator?) they are small-the size if the ID of the fuel line. The fuel press. regulator one was getting restricted on mine.

Re: #Highroller my 95 blueird

well we changed all the fluids and filters today, check all the hoses to the turbo, and check for blow by on the up tubes..........still have he same issue, bus takes for every to get up to speed but wont go past 45-50 unless it's down hill.......when I bought it she drove fine (56 top speed) now this, but I have only but 50 miles at best since I bought her............motor runs and sounds good, she is just slow as hell......I guess we are off to the shop next

if you had a injector issue, you would see some white blue smoke, (mine is doing that going to change out all injectors), yours sounds like it could be a turbo problem, i would get a boost gauge , i have a scangauge that shows boost, and everything else including engine codes, good investment to have,
