Hitch for a Ford E-350 Collins short bus

Hi all, Anyone know what kind of hitch we can get for the bus? As we found out, the frame is different from the regular econoline van. Would it need to be custom fabricated or is there a hitch for another vehicle that can work? By the way, ideally we would like to have a class five hitch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 99 E450 shuttle bus and I found a hitch that will fit. I did ask the seller which sold all kinds of hitches if it will fit, google is your friend.

What type of hitch did you get and what model was it originally built for? Or what is the maker and model of the hitch? Thanks!

none of what I have will help you, do a google search, find someone who sells hitches and ask them about your bus, that is what I did and what I recommend for you. Getting a hitch installed properly is a safety issue and you need to get it right.

Ok, that's what we've been doing. We'll keep searching.

Everything I've found so far has been weld on/multi fit. After measuring my frame (42" from the outide), I believe this would be a perfect/inexpensive fit for my bus (98 ford E450). Just thought I'd share since we were in a similar situation.
