how can i tell if i already have a an RV title

I have the words "Mobile Home sq ft." on my title already. does that mean my title is already for a mobile home?

Does that box have a number in it? I'm not familiar with Illinois titles, most titles I have seen have a box somewhere near the top for model/body type. Something like RV, motorhome, or house car.
