Looks great! Can't miss that coming down the road.
Before I painted mine, I was going to take these things off the front. I see you left yours so that has me questioning the necessity to keep them lol.

If you're outside scraping the windows on a cold morning you'll be glad you have a step. Even when you just wash your windows you'll be glad you have a step.

It took almost 2 gallons of the Rustoleum paint to cover everything. I would like to have had another coat on the top - I do have a layer of BusKote on the top.
Overall it took about 3-4 hours to prime - an hour to hand sand - and about 5 hours to spray gun the whole thing.

Yeah - I kept those on - they are fancy. I like to be able to step up on them -and they hold the paint well.

I am purchase a couple more to weld to the inside of my front bumper. That will help me climb up on the tires to get easy access to the motor and more of the front windshield.

Almost done
I detailed the outside a little - I still need to repaint the roof white...
And the flooring is taking shape.
I am still tackling the electrical - I need some type of air flow - I think some nice fans and maybe a ceiling vent would suffice - Still trying to decide on an AC until... So many options - so little power!
Journey On!!!

I am not sure what that is - but I do want to do some sort of vent / fan - like an exhaust fan or something to keep air circulating.
What did you do you yours?
I need to get up there some time and see what you are dong with your bus!

Took out the hatches, got all the factory "sealant" goop off, applied 3m seam sealant, and riveted down steel panels over the holes. Looks NICE!

What size metal did you use? I have remove my metal panels from the inside (ceiling and walls) to replace with another material type. Can i reuse the metal panel from the inside as a patch on the outside?

Sure, man. It would make an excellent use for that extra steel.
