New bus = new build, new home. I am really seriously considering slide outs up front, trying to source some welders around here to help with that. I want more living room and office space in this build, as well as for the build to be trip resilient- not need many steps to leave. Fix all of the annoyances in our current build, and then some... etc.

Existing bus, not sure. For the time being, it could be a guest house on our property. Down the road, it could get sold. Could repurpose it for something else or use it when we bring the coach in for maintenance. We'll see, whatever is practical.

Oh yeah, a big thanks to you for looking into that Eagle for me. I don't know if you saw BGM's latest videos on an Eagle that rolled in...

I've been catching up over there as well. Same username.

Congrats!

Awesome! I'm looking forward to seeing more. Who was the original operator?

Only 1,411 MC-12 coaches were produced, primraily for Greyhound. A small number of companies purchased the MC-12, which was also sold as a prisoner transport vehicle...

It was a government contracted build. I think the operator was some Florida airport.

This one looks like it was either prisoner transport or ICE. From what I can tell it was at one point very well kept, very few miles. I hope it will last, I'm pretty motivated to keep this well maintained.

Update: Looks like tomorrow is when the tires will be finished and I can get all the juicy pics of getting it on the property.

I'm thinking of starting another build thread: Kazetsukai's MCI-12 Build. Or, I guess I could continue it here, thoughts?

Seems like a new thread would be appropriate.

I want to see how you do the slideout. Also does the basement storage go all the way thru from side to side?
