Jobox mount for Guatemala trip
Was looking for large, secure storage for the trip. Found a couple joboxes on the marketplace, shot a coat of paint and new struts, repaired or replaced lock mechanisms. Chained to the seat rails, with old plane tires for snubbers and to limit access to the chains. Used a deck board for the inside doubler and tightened it up with a ratchet strap. Will be putting the smaller one in the back of the pickup, same mounting strategy. Will fit all the necessary tools, a couple fuel jugs and luggage with ease.
