Hey Redd! Any chance you're currently cruising around northern Ontario? I just passed a bus that was fueling up at the Soo Husky. It looked really similar to your rig, but the roof mounted air horn threw me off. Also, I didn't get a good look at the rear. That fine tail gate would have been a dead give away.

No Sir, wasn't me...bus has been parked since first weekend of Sept. doing the doors. We had a couple of set backs/fails that put us behind.
Not a big fan of drilling holes in any roof if it can be helped, air horn is under the hood...no train whistle yet.
Thanks...for the tailgate review.

Not much doing lately, small projects and practicing beer intake...
Fabricated a small electrical box for the rear lights and trailer plug/lights.
Ramp for bed, two aluminum pins to be welded to the lip so it doesn't spit ramp out while loading. Pins will drop into two holes drilled in the top of the beds.
Come on spring!
HAPPY NEW YEARS ALL!

Nice job on the terminal strip and box.

You sure pull off some nice projects...

Guess that should have read..."Happy New Year" John. oops
Haven't done much toy hauler wise, waiting for the snow to melt to make things a little more enjoyable. In the meantime I decided to put the original number back on the bus. Borrowed someone's logo and modified it a bit to make it work. Now need some warmth to put them on.

Weather was a little warmer today, got my modified JD logo on.
Got a free-bee CB, external speaker and a black shorty antenna.
...put it in for sheets and giggles.

Finally got a weekend that would work out for the rear doors. Didn't turn out to bad considering the flaws....Pic was taken 2 years ago, bus may have been facing the wrong way as far as colour goes [dark, shadow?]. The paint has faded a lot in 2 years, it was also suppose to be finished in matte and the designer made the decal to close of a fit and was a bit short in height and will have to be patched up. All in all I got a decent price cause of that and I'm likin' it better than the white doors.
Cut a pasted the the bottom glass up, squashed and move the lights inward, removed the license plate, upper flasher patches and back up beeper, squashed the upper windows and moved them in...extra row of rivets if anyone is paying attention, lol. I wanted the rub rails to line up and he worked around that. Hack, chop, slice, swish, etc...

That wrap is awesome.
I want to do some thing similar, but just decal the windows looking in the garage at the Ferrari.
