I'm in FL, and progressive raises my rates every year despite having no claims and paying for the whole year in advance.

Are you registered as a rv or bus? How much is it year if you don't mind me asking? I need the cheapest alternative to get my bus home.

Bus or RV, it doesn't matter I've done it both ways.
My policy was originally 600 a year and a few years later its 900 a year. No claims, no tickets, no citations, haven't even been pulled over. I've had 3 buses on this policy and all of them cost the same, shorties, forty footers, they don't seem to price it on the bus itself.

I think there must be a lot of folks with buses making/creating insurance claims in FL.
