New skoolie electrical system

So I just bought a Ford 450 shuttle bus. I’m gonna start the gutting phase of the skoolie conversion in the next few days here. I will be living in it full time both in winter and summer and as a white water raft guide/ski bum it will see a variety of weather conditions! Both hot summers and cold snowy winters. I won’t need much power I’m not adding an ac unit.

Right now I’ll need power for
mini fridge
led lighting
cellphone charging

Options
Diesel generator (needs to be fed from the bus fuel tank)
Solar (needs to be able to handle the snow)

Any advice? Products to use? Ways to build the system out? I’ve been doing research but have found surprisingly little Info online. Thank you so much

Solar will be your best bet, especially since you won't be running AC on it.

Diesel generators are $$$$ (you'll pay more for one than you did your entire bus). If you're dead set on a generator just get the 3500W inverter Predator generator from Harbor Freight with the 2 yr warranty. I love mine, it runs just about anything you'd want in a skoolie application.

What's your ceiling height?
You'll need some serious insulation to be comphy in a ski-bum location.

And does Rancho Del Rio mean anything to you?

I know people who have lived in cars and vans in the winter and didn’t have a wood burning stove. Which I will have. 8 foot ceiling height right now. Will get a bit smaller, hopefully not too much smaller.

A friend told me about a music festival at a place called ranch del rio I haven’t been myself though
