Passenger side mirror brace bar

I noticed this bar was broken while working on a water leak. Its about 9 inches long and has a 90 degree twist in it. Any idea where I can get a replacement? Or idea for making a home made replacement? Thank you

just weld that one back together and a wire brush and a fresh coat of paint.
