Her "Lessons Learned" should also include pulling the interior panels and replacing the fiberglass insulation if you're fulltiming.

Also having a thermal break is important. Note how one winter storm you can see where the steel ribs come in contact with the outside metal = heat loss, or in summer = A/C loss.....
