"Pearl" she's to Kewl for Skewl

Pearl is a 91 Thomas Saf-T-Liner 40' pusher with a Cat 3208T250hp w/MT643 Allison automatic. We have looked for the bus we wanted to transform for a little over a year, finally found the one we think we wanted. Pearl was an activity bus, driven only on the highways, in really good shape with only 132k miles on her. We're just getting started, although we have had plans drawn for over a year, just need tweeked a tad to fit actual measurements of Pearl. Seats are out, taking things apart we're not going to reuse, then we will start the other way with her transformation. Can't wait, have lots of woodworking skills, and metal working also, some things may be a challenge but we're up for it. Although I believe we have the skills to make this happen, we're smart enough to know other peoples experience before us is invaluable, so that's why were here to learn from all of y'alls mistakes and victories. Thanks for letting of be a part of this frat of skoolies. More info and pics as we progress. Well won't let me upload my pic, so will work on that and try again in future.

Welcome! To show pictures on this forum you have to use a photo hosting site like photobucket, and then copy the "IMG" url address into your post... or something like that...

Okay, found the tutorial: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=40079
