I'll play:
Dispose-All is a Sears brand name disposer, and nearly everybody calls all disposers "disposals."
Wire Nut is a brand name.
The plural of Kleenex is Kleenices. (Okay, that's probably not true.)

does anyone remember what the original thread was about? - lol

IF you were to go with screws (as opposed to rivets), is it advised to use a "thread-lock" to secure the screws from rattling loose?

If properly installed they won't rattle loose. Every rivet that came out of mine got replaced with screws. When I remove them it takes a couple of "hits" with the impact to remove them, so I know they are secure. Once the bus gets painted those will all be sealed.

Warning! All of the following is based off my inexperience....that said, I agree with you 01marc. My bus is one of the Thomas variety that came put together with mostly screws. The ceiling panels, inside & out wall panels...all screws. The only rivets were along the top rail above the windows & on the roof. Not a single (of the hundreds) screw was loose or leaked that I noticed. I’ve put things together with a combination of screws and rivets & have no worries about the self tapping hex heads I’ve used. I actually worry less about them than the rivets for some reason.
