Rust on my CE200 fuel tank

The rust on the outside of my 08 International CE200 fuel tank is pretty heavy. Does anyone know if what I see from below is cause for concern or is the tank itself above the visible cage and steel plate? Is there a bladder inside the tank? and how do I post a pic of it here. I'm a newbe.

For desktop:

Click the paper clip, which will open a separate window, from which you can browse for and upload picture files (JPEGs or PNGs). Then close the separate window, click the arrow next to the paper clip, and you can add these pics to your post one-by-one (or all at once).

JPEGs are often oriented incorrectly on this site, PNGs are always fine.

Your tank is probably just surface rust, but pics will help. You can jab the tank with a screwdriver, and if it goes through and diesel comes out, you definitely need a new fuel tank.
