rust on the bus

I am looking at a short bus under auction on Public Surplus. it is a 2013 Chev Micro Bird. The photos show rust on the under carriage. How much rust, I'm not sure because I live on the west coast and we don't get much under carriage rust. Should I be worried and how do I remediate the damage?

Where was it in service?

If in doubt pass, unless a trivial loss.
