Thanks, completely covering over that back end has been one of the most satisfying things I've ever done in my life.
I'm bummed, I just looked through all my pics from the early stages, and I didn't take a single photo of the entire back end from the inside after I got the original walls off, so I can't do a before-and-after of that part. It's a shame because the giant hole where the license plate used to go:
, covered with a big wad of plastic sheeting held in place by a gasoline can was pretty fun-looking.

The insulation and furring is looking great!
What are you planning to cover the walls and ceiling with?

Heh, I kind of want to leave it like this - I'm starting to like the Miami Vice feel of the aqua and pink of the insulation. But I'm going to panel everything with 5mm underlayment plywood and then paint it (white).

The saw should be okay if you allow it to dry cpmletely before applying power to it.

You sure have a decent assembly line going there! It should go smoothly.
Wow, your sourdough looks much like the "Spaceship Earth" building in EPCOT ... the iconic symbol of EPCOT.

I have some catching up to do on the earlier pages, but this is an awesome build thread! Thanks for recording so many of the details.

Ha ha, thanks. I think it's a bit over-detailed - I've been meaning to put together a briefer summary thread of everything so that nobody has to watch me cutting lots of little blocks of foam.

Oh well, I suppose "ceiling, day-one" would fit better. You just had those three words in backwards order.
You are making super progress. You might just get the ceiling done before the colder weather sets in.

I've got highs in the 60s and 70s for the next ten days. I'm hoping to have most of the walls insulated as well - everything but around the wheel wells, which is going to get a mite complicated.
