Sliding window

I have had my sliding drivers window out so many times! I think the one i have might be warped or something. I have sealed it several times and it keeps leaking. I am looking for another one to replace it with. I am considering taking it to a professional. Its on a 1991 International blue bird 3800. Any Advice ? Thanks in advance.
