Smokin J's BBQ Bus conversion

I have purchased a 2002 bluebird handybus. It is 32' long and currently has a wheelchair lift. I do believe I will. Be removing the lift.
So far I have torn all of the seats out and started drilling out all of the rivets to remove the rear cap. Have also removed the rear a/c unit and some various interior body panels so far in the process. I intend to turn this bus into a giant pickup truck that will have a giant meat smoker mounted in the bed. The remaining cab will have a bathroom and kitchen in it.
This is not my first bus, I have had 4 others that I have mainly full timed in. I am happy to be working on another again. ESPECIALLY with a forum like this to help along the way!
