Impressive progress. I like the work you did on the dash. Looking forward to seeing more finish details.

I just ordered the rest of my solar....eeeeeekkkk
I’m so excited, just ordered my charge controller, inverter, batteries, etc. Hurt the bank account but I knew it was going to be the big one! Went with all victron. Hoping to have it all up and running in the next 2 weeks!
Progress has mostly been carpentry related. 90% done with ceiling install (still need to sand and stain and sand and stain). Designing around to cover wires and tie in to the dash. I have at least one finished looking area that shows no wires (still have to build the cabinet face). This area is above the kitchen area. Framed out the sink cabinet, electrical cabinet, and wired in my fuse block.
Kitchen sink, refrigerator, water heater, and oven will be in next week.

Spring is coming...5 month update
Lower cabinet shells are in and painted. Still some more ceiling work and upper cabinets and shelves left. Lots of tedious trimming around windows, etc. Waiting on floors until all the finish work is done. Bathroom will be trimmed in cedar. Bed frame needs to be done. Thinking about doing a futon type tilt up bed for more seating/storage.
Electrical mostly done!!!! Just mini split left and maybe an amp/sub to add to our sound system.
Plumbing mostly done, still waiting on my toilet.
Exterior: paint and deck extension left to do. Hope to add some under storage but I have short skirt and I don’t want anything hanging low.

Thanks. The finish carpentry is all my husband. I’m proud that I was able to teach myself electrical, solar, and plumbing!

The color is True Navy. It looks a lot more blue with those bright lights. Now I just have to find a three way 12v switch with a dimmer that will fit in a gang box.
The countertops will be wood slabs and I’m going to leave the uppers natural.

April update-almost 6 months into the build
Finally can see progress. Bathroom walls done, bedroom walls done, tiny detail around windows done, plumbing (except sink) done, electric done
What’s left on the interior....countertops, sink, poly all the wood, floors, stairwell, cabinet doors and drawers, bathroom door, mini split (just ordered), kitchen wall
What’s left on the exterior....paint, bumper extension, exterior table, storage boxes
6 weeks until we go to RMNP....got to get to work

Exceptional job in such a short time! Really liking the shelf brackets and switch/outlet faceplates, really adds some character and uniqueness! Thanks for pushing through this hard time and inspiring the rest of us.
