Have the counter top epoxied, and everything else varnished. Water tank is in and fridge is in, and bolted down. Next step plumbing. Under the water tank will be the water pump with an access door . For now no door for the water tank, may do that later. we are only doing what has to be done to get it on the road. Under the kitchen counter will be done after plumbing, and will be built to match the curve of the counter. Curvy doors and drawers.

Solar panels arrived, put them on the roof and hooked them up, works great. Now need to make a proper frame for them, as they are just sitting on the roof.

Have running water now, and drains. Need to install black tank and grey tank.

Plus have the stove top in and connected to propane.

Finished building a frame for the solar panels and installing it. Solar panels are now secure and fully functional. Yay one more thing off the to do list.

It runs!!!! Yay, one step closer. Started the engine for the first time today, needs an alternator yet and tuning. So hope to finish engine work tomorrow and see if it will move around the yard. Brake work will be next. Then it should be at least useable.

Sorry no pics of the solar racks.

Started the engine for the first time last week, runs good, need to finish tuning the fuel injection once it is road worthy but otherwise have it dialed in pretty nice. Working on brakes now. Since the parking brake does work I did move it around our property. I can see our driveway has too tight of turns for it...

Almost finished brakes just a few new hoses left to do, they should be here next week. In the mean time have removed all clearance lights removed all the old wiring for them and installed new wire and led clearance lights. Just finished that today. Must say I wish I had installed conduit for wires while I had the walls apart last winter. Feeding in new conduit was a pain. Even put my endoscope in the conduit so I could see which way to wiggle it to get it into where I wanted. But did get a full run all the way from front to back. Linking the compartment above the windshield to the compartment above the back window. Did run the cable for the backup camera and another 110 volt line to the front over the windshield for a TV. So the conduit is full at least as much as it should be.

Brakes are working now. So took it for the first drive today. Drives nice and 65mph is an easy comfortable speed. Will start taking short drives with it just to be sure things are working as they should.

Used it for the first time last weekend and doing three days in it this weekend. Brakes have been a real issue. Because it has been sitting a long time before I got it I have replaced everything on the brakes. Well turns out one of the new hydra-vacs leaks brake fluid into the booster. Yuck . So now another new hydra vac and all seems to be good now. Yay real brakes. Otherwise it runs really nice.

Inside we have a good start on the bedroom., at least enough to put the bed in and some storage. Using a futon is ok but can see that will become a pain to set up every night, which we did the first trip .

good deal.. they are happy up till about that.. though I think navistar says you can run a 392 up to 3000 without issues.. mine is geared lower and it has a hugely loud fan when im at 2500.. I need to go clutch or electric fan..
