Since my last post I've been working on underbody storage and getting the insulation and pex installed for the radiant heating. The manifold I bought is probly way overkill but it has the ability to balance the flow between the loops which is nice... and it's pretty. The unused port in the manifold will be for running a loop under my freshwater and gray tanks.
Next up is installing the floor and finishing up the underbody storage framework.
I started cutting and screwing down my "floor boards". I am using aluminum extrusions that are 8 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick. The extrusions are light, very stiff and are tounge and groove. I'm countersinking 3 inch #12 stainless screws to hold the boards down to the bus floor.
