The new journey

Well as some you know been watching a bus for a while and as of yesterday I won and now own it. It needs a little love and cleaned up. Its a 2010 ic re with 71xxx miles on it. It needs a little work on the right rear and back bumper. Intercooler may need a bar fixed will pressure test and see. Heading that way to remove batteries to take to have "tested"at a few autozones and hoping after charging it will run. The bus was hit in late Dec according to the driver log a truck rolled into it. Hope to get home get it cleaned up and start the free things I can do to it. Taking small socket set, strippers, wire, electric tape, vicegrips, and adjustable is there anything else you guys recommend? On a good note only 20min from a harborfrieght where bus is at. Sorry for rambling just trying to get packed and on the way and misses rattling of names before we pick up the bus.

Lol. You can only view a day before the sale so I wanted to see where it was from to contact the bus barn. Was worried I would be geofenced out but was far enough away from the airport. Was wanting some follow me footage leaving today but were having strong wind with big gust so that is out.

I realized from following my bus for a while that the rear tracks a bit to the right of the front, which I don't notice while driving (I did notice it was harder to keep the rear wheels on the road than the front ones but I attributed that to learning how to drive a bus. I think getting follow footage while test driving (not in your case as it was an auction) would be a good idea for those that buy in other ways. This would NEVER have occured to me.

WOW,a long day. But it is home and in the driveway. Now for the repairs to get the title right. Drove very well other than low power due to boost leak and fuel filter light flashed I will have to read up on it. But for now I am off to bed

Yes much better than a $600-700 tow bill I had worried in my mind.
