What the best way to panel the bus

I bought normal house panel but found out it won't work cause of temperature change the panel shrink and expand. Any ideas what to put up as panels?

I like things solid, so used 1/2” oak veneer plywood over 1” blue foam board. Now I can hang or mount anything anywhere as the walls are good and strong.

I haven’t had any trouble with expansion or contraction.
