wheelchair bus for my wife
My wife is quadriplegic, and we, more like me, are going to convert a 1993 blue bird into our way to get out and see the country.
Oh, before I forget my name is John and my wife is Shelby. I have been working on the bus since July when we bought it from our local country school system for $2000, I only live 7 miles from the bus barn, so the drive home was not a stressful one. I have pic of what I have done so far, will try to post if I can.

Tango it's a class C International DT 466 /7.6L I-6 (335K Miles) I am trying to get the pictures in my photobucket account posted me and computers don't like each other. I do enjoy the work you have been doing on your bus it has given me a lot of insight.

My wife picked out the colors, the green is called pine needle looks more like sage, and the brown is called coffee bean looks like brown to me. I lift the hood SB yellow as it was not faded nice and shiny, she is getting use to it or so she says. The Bus is 32 feet with wheelchair lift.

I would say thanks to Sara on the team for helping me post the photos, She is Great!!! I have replaced all the lights, the flashers in front are now left and right turn signals, on the back I made the out side flashers turn signals and inside ones reverse lights.

Brown rust oleum on top then white rust oleum the help keep it cool on the inside.
