2001 international bluebird won't start
My 2001 international bluebird was dead when I went to start it today. Batteries showed 0. Tried to put a smart charger on it ,not knowing it wouldn't charge from dead. Went to jump it with my deep cell marine Batteries that read 13. When I hooked it up the bus tried to start with no key in the ignition. Crawled under and checked for burnt or chewed wires and everything looks fine. Not sure where to look next. Any ideas?
