Access Skoolie Mobile Website on Laptop

Ok, I started tethering my laptop to my iphone, and out of curiosity I wanted to see if my browsing with laptop would use more data....
The AT&T agent said it would not, because the same pages are loading on laptop, that would be loading on iPhone. Made sense to me!

Well, I started digging around and found out that is incorrect! http://forums.macrumors.com/threads/...-data.1721257/

If a webpage sees that you're on a laptop, it'll throw everything at you that it's got! While if it see you're on a mobile device, it'll be much more conservative.

My primary and preferred browser is Mozilla Firefox! So, I decided to check the ADD-ONS, and sure enough there is a GO MOBILE add-on!
Downloaded it, installed it and I'll be damned! It's not supported past Firefox 30, and I'm on Firefox 50

not wanting to give up so easily, and Google is my friend!.... http://www.howtogeek.com/139136/how-...sktop-browser/ I found an add-on called "User Agent Switcher" that will indicate your browser is being run on a smart phone device. All you do is install it, and configure what device you're running.... whether it be a google phone, iPhone, Android, or other device.

Gave it a spin and heck yeah! it works!
It gives me the mobile website for almost every page I went to, Skoolie.net included!

so, in effect.... I'm loading lower data intensive webpages on my laptop as if I were on my phone
