Asking price and location for classified section!!!

If someone wants to sell in the classified section, I think it should be mandatory to list a price and location like many other sites. It is a time waster otherwise. I've had an experience with one dipshit that lasted a dozen emails before he would tell me his ridiculous asking price. I knew what position his wife liked and that his dog liked to have his balls rubbed before the Larence Welk Show before getting the price.

I have seen some that post a city but no state. Or state and no city. And some that I can't figure out if they are selling or not. Then there are the ones that post and never update the post (Did it sell? Did the seller change their mind? Will they ever answer any questions others ask?). Perhaps the admins can set up the classifieds to where they drop off after XX weeks after last post.

I don't want to make more work for anyone except the one hit wonders that pop up on the forum. I'd be happy with price and location.

You realize that by asking me to modify the board, it's making it harder on me, right??! Haha.

I think it should be mandatory too. I can watch that section a bit better and send a "friendly" reminder to those who post without pertinent information.

Why not just pin rules for posting in that section. Delete the post after a warning if the don't fix it.
