Bug When Album Comment Contains URL

URLs in album comments are automatically formatted to BB code, yet BB code is not allowed in album comments. For example, try posting the following comment on an album photo:

Check out http://www.skoolie.net

You should see the following error:

BB code url is not allowed.

The bb code from an image is most useful to post in forum messages so they render in posts like this:



That said, we changed up the limits on album comments to include this.
