Can I switch off email notifications?

I know there's a link in the email where I can unsubscribe to the threads I've posted to, but is there a way to turn off notifications altogether?

So many unread emails from "school bus conversions"
(99.5% of my access to this forum is with an iPhone using AT&T's data plan) so, I'm trying to trim data usage also.


I guess I'll dig around and see what I can screw up
