Change title of thread?

I need to change the title of a thread that already has replies. Is there any way to do it? The 'EDIT' option does not appear. The title has misinformation in it as I described the bus as a Chevy but it is an International. Thanks.

It has been changed to: Mule Bus Toy Hauler

All caps is not allowed (programmatically)
