Coach forum, new posts, recent threads
Not sure that I understand the "New Posts" tab. I noticed now several times that a new posting does not show up under that tab. Is this tab not functioning properly? I am posting in the coach forum. Or is the new post tab displaying showing something different?
Post seem to show up under recent threads.
Can anybody explain?
Thanks J

The list on the left, Recent Threads, shows all posts from every category. your Dory post is in the Coach forum, and the Recent Threads list.
Where is a "New Posts" tab?

I see that now. Am I correct that when you go there (New Posts) it shows new posts that haven't been read by us yet. Posts may come in so fast that I might not see them on the Recent Threads list, but are in the category forum. I don't normally check each forum because i read all the Recents and miss some off the list.

Marc, yeah I do not know , may be it disregards post if you wrote them yourself? I will check your' s now before i answer.... yours did not show up... the propane generator one with Ninja kitten did... May be you can replay to my "dory transit new start" for a test and i can see if that shows up in 'NewPosts"
later J

i posted on Dory, it shows in the recent threads, but not new threads. I think it has to fall off the recent list unread by you before it goes to new posts,

Yes, thank you, It looks like that the "NewPost" tab only shows you what you have not seen yet. So your test to dory showed up under "NewPosts" but as soon as i read it it disappeared from the list. But it it is still under "recent threads" Tried it with the propane generator one and it works the same.
So I assume "NewPost" is really what you did not read yet and "recent Threads is all threads in time order.
Thanks for the test,
Johan
