Experience Skoolie owners, how much rust is too much rust?

Hey all, looking at this 2003 E450 7.3l Powerstroke. It has 202k miles on it, the owners looking to get 5k for it. The exterior body seems to have been well maintained, but this is what the undercarriage is looking like. Any thoughts?

That's not bad for the chassis (especially for New Jersey, assuming that's where this is from). But your main concern is going to be rust in the body (which includes the floor). There are some hints in your pics of bad rust in the floor, which you won't be really able to see about until the seats and plywood on the floor is removed. If you're lucky, you will only have to weld patches over small areas; if you're unlucky, you'll get something like this.

The floor looks worrisome to me. Frame looks ok, and it looks like it has a Thelma retarder.
