Looking for someone to make a School BUS project for us !!!

Hello, I found this website online. We are located on the Caribbean and we want to build a kitesurf school out of an used school bus but that still runs well.
We are looking for someone to take care of the hole project for us , due to our location it is hard for us to do it here so, we are looking for someone in the USA preferably.
It is very important to mentioned that the bus will be 365 days on the beach so the construction needs to be super super strong and adjusted to this climate where there is a lot of corrosion.
Please, let me know if someone is interested into doing this project for us and if the price is right, if the builder is well known, we can go a little further on the requirements for the bus.

Let me know if someone is interested.

Regards,
OG

Not to discredit the original poster...
But this seems like an open ended project with way too many variables.

How will funds be fronted? The builder puts the money up, and expects payment upon completion? How will he enforce payment in a reasonable time period?
The buyer puts the money up and expects updates on the project?

How does a contract hold up between countries? Who would have jurisdiction over said contract?

Now that all that's been said... I'll start the bidding at $30,000 and furnish the retired school bus purchased at auction. Buyer pays shipping/transportation costs into another country.
