Upload of profile pic failed

Size is 20KB, 100x76 pixels. When I press Save Changes, I get fail message. What am I doing wrong?

Are you trying to load your Avatar? Look for Avatar attachment.

Thank you!! I still got the "upload fail" message...but now I see my avatar next to my posts so I guess it worked...

Out of curiosity, do you know what the difference between my avatar and profile picture are?
