why is the time off by 4 hours

Is there a way to change the forum to reflect local time?

Click [User CP] (top left)
Select [Edit Options]
Scroll down to Date & Time Options

Then modify the time to your timezone.

everyone has an opinion and some stink and some are valid.
some of my men at work cant understand that especially when there talking to an govt. inspector.
whether the govt. inspector is right or wrong you can only document it and bring it to my attention.
then i get to decide its valid or not and if not then i have a number for some above them that i know will make a decision that is valid because they have alot more experience and alot more common sense and will listen to you and do some give and take if the room is there for it.
