07 international dash out

So I've been doing a lot of research so that I can fix this problem without having to pay to get it replaced but I can't figure it out at all so now I'm asking for help. The dash in our 2007 international is out, nothing works on it at all but the bus still works completely fine. I've been told that internationals are famous for soldering but I don't know the first thing about any of that. If anyone has any ideas on how to repair it that would be very helpful because we are supposed to be getting on the road soon. Also I was thinking about completely redoing the front dash area so if anyone has any suggestions on ways that I could just use different gauges that I place somewhere else that would work too right?

Actually, if nothing works at all it's generally easier to troubleshoot than if some things work erratically sometimes. There are a few common wires, ignition (on with key), battery (always on), lights, ground and various senders/sensors for individual gauges. Most common gauges use an ignition source and a variable resistance to ground through the sending unit. Get a test light at the auto parts store and poke around. Double check your fuses and get a few spares. Post pictures when you can.
