Just, moving it place to place and "setting up shop."
Also on the other Note I am looking at a 2001 International 3800 and the person selling it says its 22,000 pounds? Is that really not believable or is that possible?
Any advise or info would really help me out!

im in Ohio, if you are going to operate a business out of your bus it will need to carry a DOT number and most likely require you to carry a CDL and follow hours of service, etc rules..
Ohio requires ANY vehicle transporting goods connercially over 10,000 GVWR to be DOT tagged...
if its still classified as a BUS and is under 26k GVWR and under 15 seats you 'MAY' be able to get it classified as a LIMO.. LIMOs have different rules of service but still requires a CDL to operate if carryiung passengers..
if you have just one seat and the driver seat and is under 26k GVWR you MAY be able to get it classified as a VAN..
but since you want to use the bus commercially regardless it will need a DOT number and I believe once you slap a DOT number on you need a CDL..
the DMV in columbus has been most helpful for me with my busses in getting them classified correctly... I Do not use them commercially so its different in my case.
