1960's GMC bus as Sailboat hauler?

I would like to use my 1960 School bus we inherited as a hauler for a 6000# 26 foot aprox 8 ft tall from keel btm, Pearson P26 Sailboat. I have spent hours trying to find any info about flatbed conversions to no avail. any help idea would be appreciated. I will find out the specs of the bus soon and post them. as well as the bus and boat pics.

Thanks for any help
