1998 Blue-bird headlights

Hello!
My husband and I just bought a 1998 blue bird short bus 2 days ago! Super excited to to fix it up and take lots of trips with the kiddos but...we know NOTHING One of the headlights needs to be replaced and we are having a really hard time finding a replacement. There is maybe a faint part number on the old light but we can't make it out. Does anyone know a part number or where it would be best to purchase? The light measurements are 7 3/4 x 5.5 inches. The lights working light also seems pretty dim so we are hoping we can get something like an LED light to help with that. Thanks in advance to anyone with any info!

Standard size bulb available from any auto parts store. You'll get different opinions on LED as there are some that are beneficial, and some are just plain crap.

I have replaced all the incandescent bulbs I possibly can on every vehicle I own. The bus is next to get an all LED upgrade. It really is a crap shoot on the quality of the LED's. My advice is if you find something that shines like you want and it seems to last, buy several for future use. I haven't ordered the headlights yet, but these are what I'm going to try first.

There are so many options you just have to find what you think you might like and give it a try. Luckily if you buy through Amazon, it's usually pretty easy to return it if you don't like the way it shines.

Don't forget to stand down the road a hundred yards or two and confirm that new lamps have a decent pattern -- ie that they don't dazzle/blind oncoming drivers by blasting light into their eyes!
