4X4 Conversion

I’ve had an early to mid 70s bus I’ve usedas storage for the last little while now. I’ve noticed most have converted into a camper or RV of some sort. My plan is to shorten mine several feet and convert it to 4 wheel drive. I’ve got the front and rear axles, T-136 transfer case, a Spicer 3053A overdrive transmission and a 427 Big Block Chevrolet engine.
