8 feet ceiling

Which bus models besides Gillig have high ceiling/low floor? I need to have more than 6,5 ft internal height but don’t want to get involved in a roof raise project. Thank you.

I’m also wondering what buses have high ceiling? Someone mentioned that the military base buses have higher ceiling than school buses?
I tried to raise the roof myself on my first bus. What a disaster that was. Now I just plan on adding a small skylight like addition on my short bus.

Any pic of the roof raise carnage? How bad did it go?

Look for a transit bus, they're tall and wide and boxy and have plenty of room on the inside.
