A bus for a friend

Hey. How do I submit an idea for asking someone to convert an old school bus like a 1964 International Vistaramic Carpenter for a friend? I have a friend who films elevators and wants to take another friend along with him. I want him to have a nice good running 1964 Vistaramic Carpenter school bus.
