Adding a bulkhead drain to a grey tank

I got my grey tank with 2 3/8" fpt bulkheads on the bottom. I want to add a 3/4 fpt bulkhead so i can attach a 3/4 electronic ball valve to remotely empty it. I got a brass 3/4 ID bulkhead 1.25" OD mpt with two rubber washers and a nut but im trying to figure out the best way to secure it considering i have no way to access the inside of the tank to put the nut on it. Any tips?

If you check Amazon, they have a wide variety of poly reducers/adapters to get you where you want to be.
They might even have them in brass if you prefer metal?

Or simply find a solid 2-3/8 MPT bung plug and drill it out to fit the valve?

Gonna build a sneaky release for your gray tank to be able to empty while tooling down the road, eh???

Anyone use a uniseal with a pvc pipe capped off up high for access inside to clean the tank later on?
