Adrenaline pumping

I'm super excited! Been looking to buy my first rig for a few weeks now. Been to govdeals, AAA bus of Phoenix, public surplus, craigslist, ect. Scrolling through Ebay I found a bus that is the size we need for our business/living space, seems to have very minimal rust on the body, and is $1500 under what we were looking to spend. Below is what the details are and I'm looking for your input.

$3500 OBO
2004 IC SCHOOL BUS T444E V8 TURBO DIESEL
72 PASSENGER
AIR BRAKES
ALLISON AUTO TRANSMISSION
CURRENT PA STATE AND STATE POLICE INSPECTIONS
JUST TAKEN OFF OF THE ROAD 03/13/2020
GOOD RUNNING BUSES
MILEAGES 172K-263K
13 TO CHOOSE FROM 2002-2004

i personally think the price is high.
and the motor is underpowered for a 72 passenger bus.
nothing mentions transmission types but with the year models it probably isnt the 545
good luck
