Re: Advice for tall newbie

Welcome! I think there are some of the pusher type over the road coaches that have better head space than the conventional school bus. I am not sure on that fact. I have a conventional and the height is an issue if you are tall. I'm 5' 10" and it's just right for me but a friend of mine who has visited my bus has had to crouch and he's 6' 3". Good luck!

Re: Advice for tall newbie

Thomas seems to be the manufacturer I most often see with high roof buses. It's easy to tell what roof they have. They have three distinct types. Low roof models will have a "tall" portion at the entry and then slope down. Mid roof models are straight across. The tall roof models are the opposite of the low roof models having a "low" portion at the very front and then sweeping up behind that.

I'm 6'5" and find my 6 feet after flooring to be acceptable, but my bus is more of a party-goer/weekend warrior. If I were fulltiming more space would be nice.
