Are there states now that won't inspect a leaking vehicle? Where is this? I heard about this in Europe. They won't inspect a leaky or rusty vehicle.

Sounds like some commiefornia kind of stuff, along with all the other hard-left places... They want you to buy new, buy often, and buy electric.



Like, I get it if it's the kind of thing where someone fires it up and it pisses out a quart in a few minutes... That's dangerous, but a lot of this stuff now is getting to a point of insanity. I wouldn't put it past some of them.
