Aluminum Paint

Has anyone tried painting their roof with an aluminum paint (like this https://henry.com/commercial/commerc...m-roof-coating) instead of a white silicone/elastomeric? Is it just ugly and blinding? I can't seem to find solid LRV values for comparison, but maybe I'm not looking hard enough... Thanks!

Same question

It’s been blazing out! Considering the same for my ride. Anyone offer any answers?

My only concern with the product link is that it says it has fibrous content. This seems less like paint and more like patch.

Just my $.02

Research the difference between flat white paint vs reflective aluminum surfaces in the context of greenhouse / indoor gardening. You might get a 10% increase in reflectivity, tops. Whether or not that's worth it to you I couldn't say. IMO white is much more pleasing to the eye, and it allows for a much greater selection of potential paints/coatings to use.
