Any shop and space rental?

The title says it all. I've been interested in having my own build but I have no space and no tools as I rent an apartment. Does anyone know where I can rent a shop and its tools? I also don't mind living in the bus while I do it. I live in SC but the rental space doesn't have to be here. I'm willing to travel to finish the build. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

giving us a location or area you are in will help narrow down your possibilities

I've got extra shop space in Iowa I can rent out if you want to come out here... But not really "commuting" distance from the Carolinas haha

I will have space with power, water and a dump station available this Summer.

The workshop will not be ready until early 2023.

It is 20 miles South of Sallisaw Oklahoma (I-40) and about 22 miles to Fort Smith Arkansas.
